In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.
User-Generated Content
SwingSwap is a user-generated content platform. All users who upload sexually explicit content are the primary producers of their content and are responsible for maintaining records of age verification for all persons depicted in accordance with 18 U.S.C. 2257.
By uploading content to SwingSwap, users certify that:
- All persons depicted are at least 18 years of age
- They have obtained proper consent from all persons depicted
- They maintain records documenting the age of all persons depicted
- They understand they are the primary producer of any sexually explicit content they upload

Exemptions
Content that consists exclusively of non-sexually explicit matter, such as photographs depicting only lascivious exhibition of genitals or pubic area without any sexual activity, is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 pursuant to 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(2).

- Video verification with spoken code
- AI-assisted content screening
- Human review of flagged content
Zero Tolerance Policy
SwingSwap has a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors. Any such content is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities. Users who upload such content will be permanently banned and their information will be provided to law enforcement.
