Community Code of Conduct

Welcome to SwingSwap! Our community is built on mutual respect, enthusiastic consent, and the belief that adults can explore connections in a safe, drama-free environment.

By using SwingSwap, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Violations will result in immediate action, up to and including permanent bans and law enforcement referral.

The Golden Rules

1. Consent is Everything

  • Enthusiastic consent is required for all interactions, both online and offline
  • "No" means no. Period. No exceptions. No negotiations.
  • Silence is not consent. If someone hasn't explicitly said yes, assume no.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Respect it immediately.
  • Being intoxicated does not equal consent — neither for you nor others

2. Respect Boundaries

  • Accept rejection gracefully — it's part of the lifestyle
  • Don't pressure, guilt, or manipulate anyone into anything
  • Honor privacy settings and photo access levels
  • If someone blocks you, stay blocked — do not create new accounts to contact them

3. Be Real, Be Honest

  • Use recent, accurate photos of yourself
  • Be truthful about your relationship status and what you're seeking
  • Don't catfish, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself
  • Couples: both partners must be aware of and consent to the account

Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following behaviors result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN and may be REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT:

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (Revenge Porn)

THIS IS A CRIME IN MOST JURISDICTIONS.

You must NEVER:

  • Share intimate images/videos of someone without their explicit consent
  • Threaten to share intimate content as leverage or revenge
  • Screenshot or record video calls without consent
  • Share content from private albums without permission
  • Distribute content beyond the originally agreed context

Consequences:

  • Immediate permanent ban from SwingSwap
  • All associated accounts terminated
  • Evidence preserved and reported to law enforcement (FBI IC3, local police, NCMEC if applicable)
  • You may face criminal charges including felony charges (up to 5+ years imprisonment)

Sexual Assault & Coercion

  • Any form of sexual contact without consent
  • Coercing, pressuring, or manipulating someone into sexual activity
  • Ignoring safe words or withdrawal of consent
  • Stealthing (removing protection without consent)

Harassment & Stalking

  • Continued contact after being told to stop
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade blocks
  • Following someone to other platforms or real-life locations
  • Threats, intimidation, or blackmail
  • Doxxing (publishing private information)

If You Are a Victim

Contact us immediately at safety@swingswap.net. We will:

  • Remove all reported content within 24 hours
  • Preserve evidence for law enforcement
  • Provide resources and support
  • Cooperate fully with any investigation
